The Great Falls of Paterson became a National Natural Landmark in 1967. And in March of 2009, President Obama signed the Paterson Great Falls National Historical Park Act as part of the Omnibus Public Lands Management Act.

It is a lovely area of great historical significance. Not only is this adventure educational, but it's a great place for family or wedding pictures.
