James H. Alloway was a World War I United States Soldier. He served as a Private in Company H, 114th Infantry regiment during World War I. He was killed in action in the October 1918 Meuse-Argonne Campaign.
We found this headstone between the side walk and curb by a private residence. While doing some searching for information about Private Alloway, we also located a photo of a tombstone at the Baptist Church as well as a photo of James himself. They can be found here :
